Bill Porter, JD

Bill Porter is co-founder and managing director of QDS Capital and is a seasoned San Francisco Bay area business operations executive with over 20+ years of expertise building and scaling early-stage companies focused on enterprise software, AI and machine learning, and information technology companies. Bill was most recently the COO of Thousand Eyes, a network intelligence SaaS Company acquired by Cisco in 2020. Since moving to Virginia in 2019, Bill has maintained a strong consulting practice, participated in Virginia angel groups and is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at CvilleBioHub. He is an adjunct faculty member at University of Virginia Law School and he holds a JD degree from Duke University.
